C.B.T. is a form of psychotherapy which is favoured by the National Health Service.

This therapy looks at what influences our behaviour by accessing the thoughts and feelings which are triggered. What I do is to get you to think differently about the trigger, so that your reaction changes to the situation.

C.B.T. has proven success for treating , depression, O.C.D, eating disorders, and anxiety.

The Client will be set tasks to do out side the therapy room.
